I'm not sure what prompted this story. It's a very, Craig McCraken episodic cartoon plot.
This was my brief, inking with a cheap brush that I trimmed to a point, era. I also had found jpegs of deleter screentones and would paste them in via photoshop and cut it out with the lasso tool.
